Driver's Training: We will train you to pass your written test and driving test for your Class B Commercial Driving License. You will need to pass a prehire physical examination and drug test screening. Background checks are required of all Ride-On employees.

Driver Duties: Drivers need to support seniors and riders with developmental disabilities. They must keep accurate records of their vehicle inspections and route activities. Drivers need to be responsible and punctual. They need to be pleasant and courteous with our riders.

Benefits: Drivers receive evaluation and raises every six months. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits are available after six months for drivers who work more than 30 hours per week.

How to Apply: We need you to call Anna at (805) 541-8747 to set up an interview. We need you to pick up a copy of your H-6 DMV printout and bring it to the interview. You will be paid for your training time upon graduation from the program.
