Driver's Training
We provide training to help you pass the written and driving tests for a Class B Commercial Driving License and Passenger Endorsement. You will also need to pass a pre-hire physical examination and drug test screening. Background checks are required of all Ride-On employees.
Driver Duties
Drivers need to support seniors and riders with developmental disabilities. They must keep accurate records of their vehicle inspections and route activities. Drivers need to be responsible and punctual. They need to be pleasant and courteous with our riders.
Benefits
Drivers receive evaluation and raises yearly. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits are available after three months for drivers who work more than 32 hours per week.

Call the Operations Manager at (805) 541-8747 to set up an interview. If you are admitted to the Driver's Training Program, you will be paid for your training time upon completion of the program.
